“Their staff are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable even with those new to boating. They have made lake life accessible to us when it otherwise would be near impossible.”
“We have been members since they first opened. It is a perfect fit for our family. We make a reservation and head to the dock - the boat is ready with all the toys we requested and a full tank of gas. And when the day is done we just walk away.”
“We joined the club with no boating experience and have been guided from day one with the ever so helpful and professional staff. … Customer service is unmatched and it seems the boats and equipment get nicer every time we show up.”
“Our family loves boating, but we were hesitant to buy another boat because they require a lot of upkeep. This is a great option for us because they do all the preparation before you arrive and all the cleanup when you leave.”
“We joined the Nautical boat Club of Knoxville last Fall. We have been nothing but totally satisfied with the friendly service and outstanding conditions of the fleet both in terms of cleanliness and performance.”
