For tours or membership inquiries, please stop at the South Bay Marina office located next to the tall boat storage building. For member reservations, please park next to the pavilion by A Dock, where our staff will help you with your belongings and get you on the water.
Whether you're cruising on the bay or just relaxing at the dock, it's hard to beat the experience you get by spending time on your boat. From South Bay Marina, you have direct access immediately out of the marina basin to the Fox River and Bay of Green Bay. Take advantage of several great stops for dining and entertainment along the Fox River or enjoy a quick run to Longtail to drop anchor at the popular sand bars. At the marina, grab a bite from Captain Jack's Poolside Bar and Restaurant or a craft cocktail from Paradise North Distillery. Our crew works hard to deliver a hassle free, relaxing and enjoyable experience for you, your family, friends and pups.
Where can I go with the boats?
Take a sightseeing tour of the Fox River, stopping off at numerous dining attractions along the way. Immediately out of the basin, take off into the Bay of Green Bay with multiple sandbars to anchor and swim, drop a line to go fishing or make a trip to several dock sand landing with great dining and parks!
What are the boating boundaries?
Up the Fox River to the De Pere Lock (8 Miles), Chaudoir’s Dock on the east side of the Bay (22 Miles) or Geano Beach on the west side of the Bay (16 Miles).
Where is the best place to fish?
Springtime, you can run up the Fox River to the De Pere for some of the best Walleye fishing in the state! Summertime through fall head to Volks Reef and Vincent Reef, east coast of the bay, as well as Dead Horse Bay between Cat Islands and Longtail. University Bay on the East tip of the Bay is another great spot!
What kind of fish can I catch?
Grab your rod and reel and you might catch Walleye, Perch, Pan Fish, Northern, Muskie, and Brown Trout...
What are the boater safety requirements?
Anyone born on or after January1, 1989 is required to complete a boating safety course to legally operate a motorized boat or personal watercraft (PWC) on Wisconsin waters.
